My background includes 15 years of experience in leadership. Including senior leadership expertise specializing in leadership talent development, strategic leadership planning, coaching techniques, communication, adapting/creating to change, and driving result.

I am a dynamic leader with a winner’s mindset which has led me to obtained high levels of success in Corporate America within leadership, operational improvement, and personal/professional development. As a result, I have poured in to coaching/mentoring others in developing and perfecting their skillset in continuous growth to reach the same success. Now I measure success by engaging, exciting, and empowering current and future leaders to have the courage to reach their best selves personally and professionally.
